Stabilize tst_qquicktextinput::remoteCursorDelegate()

In some cases QCOMPARE(component.status(), QQmlComponent::Loading);
(line 2800) is failing -- it appears to be Ready immediately. Add a delay
to ensure it always hits Loading before Ready.
